Up for sale is a tonal dreambox built from a collaboration of Morgan Amps and guitar great Josh Smith. You don't see many of these out there. It's first one we've had come in here, and we were blown away.
The Morgan JS12 Josh Smith Signature amp is a powerful small wattage amp. This hand laquered tweed amp features a custom Eminence JS1250 speaker that was designed specifically to Josh’s specifications and also includes a boost switch to engage a bit more of grit. The JS12 gives you a base of 60s classic black face tone and adds thickness to the low end by giving the power supply of the amp more juice. The reverb has been enhanced with a Dwell control, giving you the ability to adjust the decay of the effect. This feature allows for a prominent reverb presence without compromising your guitar's tone. Additionally, the 3db boost switch lets you achieve a grittier sound even at lower volume levels.
The best part of the Morgan JS12 is its compact design complimenting its big powerful sound. This amp is in excellent condition - you can tell th at the previous owner took great care of it. The footswitch is included. This is a great score!
